Keeping it Simple |

Returns: In a perfect world all sales are final and
both parties are satisfied. We will replace any new product that is
defective with the exception of electrical parts. This is industry
practice. Shipping back to us is your dime, we will fight the supplier
on your behalf for reimbursement. Used parts are non returnable with the
exception of our description being completely wrong. We will pay
shipping both ways when the mistake is ours. New products that you no
longer want or ordered by mistake are subject to inspection, 20%
restocking fees and issuing of credit applied to future purchase. All
returns must be done in a timely fashion. 30 days is standard practice.
Most warranties are handled by the manufacturer so keep your paperwork
when applicable.

Privacy: We collect
contact data such as name, email address, mailing address, phone number.
This is for tax records and possible future updates / recalls about our
products and services. Financial data such as credit card numbers and
expiration dates are destroyed. Contact information is used to fulfill
and ship orders. We email to confirm receipt of an order and when the
order has been shipped. We will not use email for marketing purposes. We
do not share , rent , or sell our collected data. Sensitive financial
data collected is destroyed soon after your order is processed to insure
security.
3. Payment:
We prefer PayPal but we accept credit card information by phone and on
our website. Money orders or checks will be honored but not requested.
Please allow time for our bank to cash your check before we ship.
4. Shipping:
UPS is used for ground shipping of heavier products and when "drop
shipping" direct from a supplier to you. USPS is used for lighter
products. Tracking info will be emailed to you. Make sure your e-mail
accounts are current in PayPal and delete dormant accounts. We do not
believe in handling charges. Usually shipping costs are rounded to even
numbers for simplicity.
